Villa Akasya 3

Villa Akasya 3 is located in Kalkan Kördere, which has taken its place among the most popular holiday resorts in Antalya regarding villa holidays. The view of our luxurious villa, which has a magnificent sea view as far as the eye can see, offers a unique view to you, our guests. The pool of our conservative concept villa is not visible from the outside. Our villa, which is built as a single floor, has a total of 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people. Villa Asia 3 is ideal for an unforgettable villa holiday with your loved ones away from the eyes.

Next to Villa Akasya 3, there are Villa Akasya 1 and Villa Akasya 2, which belong to the same villa owner.

NOTE 1: The last 200 meters to the villa are uphill and you can go to your villa with your car or you can reach the villa by climbing the stairs if you wish.

NOTE 2: The villa has a 90% sheltered pool and the front of the pool can be closed if requested without entering the villa.

NOTE : A cleaning fee of 4500 TL is requested for rentals under 7 nights.

NOTE: Villa Akasya 3 is not a pet-friendly villa.

*Kalkan*; due to its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on a hillside. To reach all our summer houses in Kalkan and surrounding villages, you have to go uphill.

NOTE: Regular pesticides are applied to these types of villas located in nature. Despite this, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, bees, etc. in the area.
